Each package includes an event flyer, soft play area, three other toys, drop-off setup, and pickup. 
Delivery is free up to 20 miles radius.
20-40 miles $30
40-60 miles $60
Anything beyond 60 must be negotiated before booking. 
Each package includes delivery, setup and pickup.


-Please refrain from eating or drinking on any equipment. No food or liquids of any sort is allowed.
-Absolutely NO WATER is to be used on or near equipment.
-A water Fee will be applied if the equipment gets wet.
-Any equipment or softplay components damage will require a property repair fee.
-The fee will be applied to the card used to process the deposit.


No setups can be shipped; all setups are personally installed.


If you have to cancel for any reason, a refund will not be given. As a courtesy, Amazing Grace Softplay will give you 50% of your rental package amount on a gift card to use on any booking of your choice. The cancellation courtesy policy is valid for 1 calendar year. 
We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Amazing Grace values all customers,however, no refunds are given. A courtesy credit is issued with a 1 year redeem time frame.

A waiver is to be signed by the adult that pays the deposit. The waiver is signed consent that the adult is responsible for all children that will play and interact.


A deposit is required to book an event.
The remaining balance must be paid a week before the event.The deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions. Under no circumstances will a refund be given. We do apologize for any inconvenience


Most orders placed with a deposit will receive a party detail email with installation requirements in 72 hours. 


Please understand that the weather is uncontrollable for both parties.
Soft play playgrounds are made of all foam materials and can't be wet or dampened in any way. If the weather isn't acceptable to host the event and it can't be moved to an inside venue as a result Amazing Grace Softplay will issue a gift card for the full amount of the rental booking.
